She is awesome, keeps it real 100%, she delivered my 2 children. For my second her experience saved my second child who was born with a cord around his neck, she saved him. She also inspected my bedside and made sure all was clean, she was on pint and had a great team of nurses by her side.

Athena is amazing and I hope she can deliver my 3rd child. She is up front, honest and becomes like family throughout the pregnancy. Love her!!

Athena has delivered both my children, technically she assisted the 2nd because she was training another midwife. But she is like a distant aunt. She is rough at first in terms of demeanor & what not, but i know she truly cares about the well being of both baby & me. She always does what she can in terms of providing you with any and all help available to you. I truly do appreciate her & am hoping i can get her to deliver my last (3rd). Wish her all the best & i totally owe her baby pics going back to my first born in 2011...smh, im awful lol.

Not very friendly at all, horrible bedside manner. Would not recommend her to anyone just for that reason. She didn’t even look at my chart and know why I was there. She asked what I was there for and if it was my first or second visit. Very disappointed and not going back again.

Her attitude was horrible she should not be working with pregnant mothers and their unborn children. She made me feel uncomfortable . I thought my first check up would be pleasant for my first child we didn’t even introduce ourselves to each other sh did not smile or anything, i felt offended when she asked me why i had gained so much weight in 4 moths !!! , Athena did not wash her hands before touching me , she was very rough with using her utensils and sticks for checking down below. She did not really explain what the process would be like since this is my first child and I’m clueless!!! Ugh i just wish my first time i got to learn more about what I’m going through and changes with me and my baby!!!! I Had to change my doctor because it no way she can deliver my child !!!!

If i could leave no stars i would her attitude was HORRIBLE!!! For my first doctors appointment i thought she would he happy for me she didn’t say hello, she got upset with me for putting my paper top on wrong then snatched it off me she did not wash her hands before touching me . She asked me why i gained so much weight in 4 months . I’m my opinion she should not be working with pregnant mothers and their unborn children!!!!! I automatically knew i didn’t want this lady delivering my first child. I seen her talking about me to the other guess in the front and thts when i spoke up and changed me doctor because i felt so uncomfortable!!!! My next visit I will make sure she is not going to be the doctor tht delivers my baby on call !!!!!!!

My first pregnancy I was told how great Mid Wives are. I got the opposite experience. She didn’t introduce herself when she came in, didn’t wash her hands before touching me and I had to pry to get her to talk to me. Very disappointing experience.

Athena’s attitude is horrible. I have seen her a total of two times and both times were unpleasant. She isn’t very personable and doesn’t seem to care too much about patients. There are usually long waits at the office as well. Takes 2 hours only to be seen for about 15 minutes and they don’t offer much explanation with any additional procedures or questions patients’ have.

I seen Atkinson, she was very dry with her expressions. She didn't make me feel welcome. She didn't ask me how I was doing or things she could do for me. she just looked in my chart what birth control I was on and with an attitude asked me which dose I was on. I had to ask her questions to get her to talk.

Horrible wait time was almost an hour. She didn't do me any justice, no explanation of a diagnosis, just handed me a pamphlet, like read it you'll find out everything in there. I will never use her again omg. I hope she's not anywhere near my babies birth
