For me Ashley understood what I needed to get past emotional barriers. We worked through things that I never imagined were issues in my life. Ashley was very interested in my problems, and energetically wanted to help. While Ashley at times would give me “homework”, she never held me accountable in a sense of pass or fail. Ashley would allow me to progress at my own speed, rather than her agenda, making it easy for me to be open and trusting of her. For depression and anxiety I would recommend her.
