Anne Carter and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious about making sure that you are not only happy about the product but making sure that you can hear clearly and understand like you haven’t done in years because of hearing loss. Their service is over the top! AND... Their prices are surprisingly reasonable for quality products. There are so many hearing places that want to sell you the hearing aid that gets them to most profit and shoo you out the door. We had experienced that in the past. Turned out to be a low-quality product with lower quality service. That is why we were so careful about picking another hearing center. We spent several months researching companies, and learned about many patient’s experiences, and that is why we chose Pasadena Hearing Care. It was the best decision we ever made.

Dr Anne Carter is an experienced and knowledgeable audiologist. Dr Carter assessed my hearing and made recommendations for hearing aids based on my needs. I was given a set of hearing aids and was trained on how to use them and how to connect them to my I Phone. The office called a few days after picking up the hearing aids to ascertain if I had any concerns or issues. I was scheduled for weekly appointments and all my questions were clearly answered and spent all the time that was needed for my questions. Dr Carter completed another hearing assessment and made adjustments as needed. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. Dr Carter’s goal is to meet the needs of the patient! I highly recommend Dr Anne Carter!

Perfect hearing center. Phonak and Dr. Carter made my hearing improve greatly. Bluetooth connection to phone is great, even for music. Great staff.
