While at the walk in she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She had an attitude with every question and I did not feel good. I had to hold back my tears because I didn’t want her to see me cry. When people go to the walk in it’s for help and comfort not have her be rude to you and tell you everything looks fine. It’s not cheap to see a doctor without me she wouldn’t get business. She doesn’t see us as business she sees us as an inconvenience. I don’t think she cares about people and their feelings. She is rude.

I had a terrible experience with her. I paid out of pocket for a visit only to be prescribed over the counter Dramamine for my nausea and vomiting. When I mentioned my other symptoms she told me there's over the counter medications I can get to subside those symptoms. She was extremely rude when I expressed my concerns and she had terrible bedside manner. I left the visit crying because I could not believe how poorly I was treated. I feel foolish paying out of pocket for a visit that I received zero help at.

Walk in clinic on Wednesday, May 8. From registration to seeing the medical provider was less than 40 minutes. The whole process was courteous and prompt. The LHW walk in clinic is a great community resource staffed by professionals who really care about their patients.

NP Madison took care of me at the Watervliet Hospital Walk In Clinic. She listened to me or rather she read the notes I had made of my condition because I was unable to speak. After that, her questions were in a "yes/no" format so that I could answer without further pain. Her diagnosis was accurate and the prescription she gave me is working well. She was thorough, friendly, courteous and caring. If I lived in her area, I would not hesitate to go to her for medical care.
