This content was provided by Dr. Liss "Dr. Liss served as Chief of Podiatry at Howard County General Hospital and as the Director of the Montgomery County Podiatric Residency Program. Additionally, he has served two years as the President of the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association (MPMA), where he continues to serve on the Executive Board. He has been practicing in Maryland for more than 25 years. Dr. Liss takes special interest in the treatment of athletic injuries. Dr. Liss is Board-Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Liss and his wife, Elaine, are proud parents of two daughters and two sons-in-law, and grandparents of four grandsons and two granddaughters."

I had two ingrown toenails a year ago on my big toes(insides) and had ingrown pieces removed and treated with phenol by Dr. Liss. I took my 91 year old mother to see Dr. Liss for a problem with her toes. She was reluctant to go, but once she got into the office, Dr. Liss immediately put her at ease with his warm and compassionate manner. I have been going to Dr. Liss for years now. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and how it will help my chronic foot issue. I highly recommend anyone with a foot or ankle problem to see Dr. Liss. He has definitely helped me out tremendously with mine.
