Dr. Goswami is the best Pain Management Doctor around. Since I had the pain stimulator installed in my back, the pain level has declined from a 10 to at least I. I was taking many medications for relief but that’s the past. This scientific unit will benefit anyone that wants to rid the Medication and Pain.

Doctor Goswami treats his patients like a true friend, who cares about your health and condition, and finds solutions with his patients having a clear and good dialogue. He is a professional Doctor, always treats people with great kindness and much respect. Something very important is that he has a WONDERFUL team who is very professional, they are bilingual (Spanish/English). I have friends who have also been patients and have been treated by Doctor Goswami and I hear very good comments of how Doctor Goswami truly cares about his patient and he is a great Human Being. Dr. Goswami is wonderful! I have been all over the state of California (Stanford, Cedar Sinai, etc) seeking relief for my chronic back/neck pain. Dr. Goswami is the only doctor who has been able to offer consistent, effective pain relief. He has helped me get my life back! Thank you, Dr. Goswami!

I am finally pain free after 10 years of suffering severe back pain and spasms. I didn’t even realize how much life, involving my children I had lost by limiting my daily activity due to constant pain. Prior to my referral to Dr. Goswami, I had been using lidocaine patches for my back, along with taking Aleve or Motrin daily to get through the day. After listening to my story, and conducting a thorough examination, Dr. Goswami recommended an Epidural Steroid Injection. The procedure was quick and painless. I was given a local anesthetic during the procedure and was back on my feet 30 minutes later. I want to express my sincere appreciation to the professional women working at Dr. Goswami’s office, and all the staff at the Fresno Surgical Center. I’m back to my old self again and enjoying the days ahead. I highly recommend Dr. Amitabh Goswami, DO, as a Pain Consultant. He is a good listener, excellent physician and most importantly caring guy.

I began seeing Dr. Goswami in 2016 at age 69 for severe lower back pain from progressive arthritis. I had consulted with four surgeons and was not a candidate for surgery. One of the surgeons referred me to Dr. Goswami and I finally got some relief from the pain. After a series of injections, we decided on a spinal cord pain stimulator implant which has been a godsend. It controls my pain so I am able to function almost normally. I have my quality of life back! Dr. Goswami is fantastic.

I have two fractured vertebrae, spinal stenosis, slight lordosis, basically a mess. I’m also an active 64 year old Pediatric Nurse practitioner in an extremely busy practice. I have NO plans to retire. This stopped me in my tracks. I was completely immobile, bedridden. I waited on my insurance to approve. 6 weeks later Dr. Goswami did my epidural, I was back on the job in 4 days. What can words say? I thank him and his staff.

I have suffered from Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia for 21 years. I have suffered through intense pain while working and raising my children. It has not been easy. I have seen over 20 doctors before I visited Dr. Goswami, including UCSF Hospital, Stanford University Hospital and Cedars Sini Hospital. I have been prescribed various pain meds to no avail until Dr. Goswami gave me a ganglion block. It is the first time in 21 years that I have experienced relief. It has changed my life.

Dr Guswami is truly a breath of fresh air. I have been receiving treatment from him for several years now. Since seeing him my pain has been managed and I am able to function alot better in life. This procedure was presented as possibly temporary, but I know I have a second more permanent option available to me, should pain return. Dr Goswami is a very caring physician and I will gladly recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain. If you’re unhappy dealing with the large medical groups & seek a more personal relationship, Dr Goswami should be your choice
