Didn't listen to my concerns. The generic version of a prescription I was taking was released and my prescription was changed to the generic version without telling me. I understand the insurance companies prefer to switch to the generic version when it is available for cost reasons, but I experienced side effects including increased heart rate, tingling in my hands, and etc. She took this as an opportunity to run expensive tests and didn't address the one thing I asked her to address.
