Alicia Russell continues to help me by using cognitive behavioral therapy. I didn't believe it would work but it really has and I have seen a significant difference in my view of myself and others. I recommend her very highly.

I have been seeing Alicia Russell LPC for about six months and have developed a great working relationship with her. She has helped me gain confidence in a number of areas and I have always felt like I was a priority. She is understanding, attentive, and honestly answers my questions, which is something I haven’t typically found with other therapists. Give her a try and I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
