This content was provided by Abigail Chance "As a trauma-focused therapist, I aim to help you process the stories that are held in your body, mind, and heart. Together, we work to slow down and create a safe space to bring awareness to your feelings, patterns, and goals through compassionate dialogue, mindfulness practice, somatic awareness, and expressive arts. If you are feeling stuck, controlled, or overwhelmed by past or current experiences, I invite you to call or email me to see if we can help you move towards healing, peace, and growth."
