Bad environment
My wife recently visited Dr. Karnilow, but unfortunately, as much as she needs a good balance mentally, her physical health is as important. This office needs a deep cleaning, you can easily see droplets or eggs of cokroaches on the hallway that leads to his office, and they roam around the bathroom as well. Droplets of pee around the his toilet, etc. The Dr. falls asleep during sessions.

He is horrible. He fell asleep during 2 sessions with me. He should retire.
