He was able to quickly figure out how to adjust my neck as per my former chiropractor, and in some ways improved the adjustment. Neck and hip adjustments combined with physical therapy and hip-specific exercises have allowed me workout at a fairly rigorous level for a double hip replacement candidate. I was in pretty rough shape a year ago (right knee was a source of nearly constant pain/irritation). I did away with the knee brace within a couple of months.

We provide some of the most advanced methods of spine and extremity care available today. We help people every day who suffer with back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, headaches, shoulder pain, arm and leg pain, and numbness.

We also specialize in the treatment of both upper and lower extremity conditions. We help people with shoulder pain (rotator cuff tears, impingement), arm pain, elbow pain (tennis/golfer's elbow), tendinitis, wrist and thumb pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, hand pain and numbness. We also help people with hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, heel pain (plantar fasciitis), foot pain, and numbness. We may be able to help you as well if you are looking for a naturally effective, drug-free and nonsurgical treatment for your condition.

Dr. Hamm says...

Injury and pain cause your body to compensate. Compensations distort your posture, shift bones and joints out of proper alignment, and create muscle tightness, weakness, and loss of flexibility. Compensations change the way you were naturally designed to move. Months and years of compensation lead to chronic wear and tear conditions many of us suffer from, including arthritis, disc herniations, disc degeneration, tendinitis, bursitis and repeated muscle strains.

My approach is to find which bones and joints are shifted out of place, where you are tight, lack flexibility, and where you have muscle weakness. I also assess for dysfunctional movement.

I design a treatment plan for you to fix the underlying cause of your condition, whether it is misalignment, loss of flexibility or weakness. Your treatment is a safe, straightforward process in which I reset your alignment and reprogram your nervous system to control your body like it once did before so your body can heal itself naturally.
