My practice focuses almost exclusively on the assessment and management of sleep problems and dependence on sleeping pills. As a fellow insomniac, night owl, sleep scientist, psychologist, and certified behavioral sleep specialist I bring a unique perspective to managing sleep problems. I know what it is like to suffer because of poor sleep and, more importantly, I know what it takes to help you sleep well. I will help you understand your sleep problem and guide you through nonmedication cognitive and behavioral strategies that have been proven effective. I will work with you in a way that enhances motivation and confidence. This will help you to start sleeping better sooner and keep sleeping better longer.
