I find most of my clients suffer from either a strain, sprain, trauma (sometimes very old injury), a fall or a blow to the body & the repetitive things we do irritate them. Inflammatory responses, Ischemia (blood starvation, no longer moderate in flow), Scar tissues & adhesions form as well as Myofascial Restrictions from muscle to muscle group, agonist/ antagonist relationships (give & take of muscles) and Spasms occur causing integrities to become much less causing symptoms or dysfunction.
As a provider for a viable modality to treat most common pathologies through Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, I have always been Amazed at how well the body can heal itself! My techniques used in bodywork & neuromuscular therapy were taught to me in a school with highly used training skills. Structural or skeletal análysis can be made through just a few short tests to see where your body has possibly suffered a trauma & the repetition made has caused symptoms to occur. A few issues that are very important are: Inflammatory Responses: Tissues become congested or possibly overdeveloped & can show signs of repetitive strain or trauma. Ischemic (moderate blood flow compromised) in any one or more areas. Irritated Spinal Nerve Trunk Root Irritation: Can be from many irritated nerve endings in one or more muscle groups causing Chronic Overload with a lock and load bearing issue to tissues causing weakness & irritation to the spinal cord or the central nervous system causing fatigue or poor wear & tear factors to an unbalanced system of muscles or groups of muscles. Myofascial Restrictions: Connective tissue involvement being restricted by one or more issues, blood flow & circulation, neural responses & changing tone of tissue as to a more elongated structure from a foreshortened structure will give release.
