My treatment of individual clients is insight oriented and tends toward addressing recurring symptoms, such as depression and anxiety at any level. I am fortunate to have classical training in assisting clients in negotiating prior trauma while concurrently using modern treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with success. I am effective in moving clients from "catastrophization" to normalization". i.e. we can solve tough problems together.
