Care Philosophy

Neuropsychological testing has a tremendous amount to offer, especially in providing accurate diagnostic information in situations where diagnosis has been elusive. The testing is a straightforward process but it can be time consuming and like all tests, it is also challenging. Like all neuropsychologists, we adhere to a strict procedure in how the tests are administered, but also do so with compassion and concern. The application of the scientific principles of neuropsychology has great potential to identify how to provide a more optimal treatment approach and design an educational plan that focuses on strengths and remediating weaknesses.Read more

Extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend, was able to get testing completed very quickly.

All about the money. Staltaro's office will not work with your insurance company to get coverage even if your carrier just needs more clarification from their office.
in Tolland, CT |
My insurance denied the testing to Staltaro's office and stated they needed more info for reconsideration. I asked is they were going to call back. Dr. Staltaro simply stated We are done. We don't do appeals. Appeals? He let me listen to the message. The woman was clear that they just needed more information. I called and was told it was covered. Guess its not about the kids for this doc...just the $$$. I will go elsewhere.
