Neuropsychological testing has a tremendous amount to offer, especially in providing accurate diagnostic information in situations where diagnosis has been elusive. The testing is a straightforward process but it can be time consuming and like all tests, it is also challenging. Like all neuropsychologists, we adhere to a strict procedure in how the tests are administered, but also do so with compassion and concern.
The application of the scientific principles of neuropsychology has great potential to identify how to provide a more optimal treatment approach and design an educational plan that focuses on strengths and remediating weaknesses.
