Biography

Natasha Williams, DC, CCSP is a board certified sports chiropractic physician and a competitive athlete who specializes in rehabilitation of injured athletes. She has treated collegiate athletes, mixed martial artists, power lifters, body builders and athletes from many other sports. Dr. Williams graduated with a degree in chemistry and a degree in psychology before attaining her doctorate in Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Williams completed a Stretch to Win® workshop where she became a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist and learned the fascial stretching techniques that have been proven to improve flexibility, reduce pain, increase recovery time, and range of motion. This type of stretching is beneficial to everyone, but is especially helpful for athletes who want to maximize their performance. Dr. Williams has been practicing chiropractic since 2003 and combines her education and experience as an athlete to identify proper biomechanics. Each athlete is functionally assessed to determine the ideal biomechanics and treatment plan needed to perform at their highest level.
