Prevention of fracture is my mission. Patients who have sustained insufficiency fracture will continue to fracture without the intervention of recognition and treatment of the underlying condition--osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is the most under-diagnosed and under-treated medication condition both nationally and globally. Treating bone strength and quality prior to fracture, but most importantly after fracture will decrease the risk of future fracture and improve patient's quality of life.
