I have been helping individuals and couples since 1986. I worked for 19 years in a psychiatric hosptial where I specialized in treating adults who struggled with depression and anxiety, anger and conflict type issues. I have been in my present private practice since 1995 where I work with adults, individuals and couples. My approach is solutions oriented and directive. I pride myself in teaching individuals and couples how to get the results they are looking for.
Mark has focused a great deal of his career towards developing and teaching individuals and couples how to stop destructive patterns of behavior. He is a master at teaching you the many positive alternatives that have proven to prevent arguments altogether.
Mark promises easy-to-use strategies and fast results. He is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and is a widely sought out speaker for various organizations.
He has published two books: How To Be A Great Partner and How To Argueproof Your Relationship. His third release, How To Get Through The Tough Times In Your Relationship, is scheduled for 2016.
Mark has been on radio talk shows from coast to coast and frequently writes for newspapers and magazines.
He and his wife, Dorraine, have three grown children, two sons and a daughter, and several pets. They enjoy spending time together, traveling and church activities.
Mark has earned his 5th Degree Black Belt and is an Thirteen Time World Champion in Taekwondo.
