Are you looking for a new approach to your health concerns or someone to guide you through lifestyle change? I am a nurse practitioner and integrative medicine specialist and my mission and passion is to address your health problems by combining the best of natural medicine with the best of conventional medicine. I act as a consultant and your partner in healing through the use of natural therapies which have been shown to be safe and effective either through research or tradition. I am always reviewing the current research on natural therapies and incorporating them into my practice to address a variety of health issues in both adults and children. I have completed a 2 year fellowship at the prestigious Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil. I am a certified aromatherapist and have studied and continue to study herbal medicine under Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, an international herbal expert.
I am interested in building the body through natural therapies instead of just treating symptoms and to spend the time to teach my patients how to help themselves heal. Through this approach, we can partner to manage chronic disease, decrease pain, improve digestive disorders and try to find answers to your puzzling health symptoms. I am also happy to help if your family just needs advice on starting a healthier lifestyle.
