Originally from China, Dr. Ye came to the United States at age three and grew up in Northern Virginia. She earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry from George Washington University in Washington, DC, prior to obtaining her Doctor of Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University in Anaheim. She went on to medical school in Pomona, CA and completed her family practice residency through the University of Southern California (USC).
"I chose medicine to help and serve the people of my community. Family medicine was an easy choice for me as the profession is a "jack of all trades." I also decided to focus on Geriatric Medicine to help meet the demand for elderly care (my mom being one of them) and the need for a voice to advocate for them. I put an emphasis on preventive care and I prefer to 'partner up' with my patients to help them take charge of their health."
Outside of the office Dr. Ye loves to spend time with family and travel and explore different cultures. She is also a fan of music, reading, scuba diving and paddle-boarding. An animal-lover, she shares her home with dogs and turtles.
