The name BioMechanic Physical Therapy came from the fact that your body is a system of levers and pulleys and is a mechanical machine. In order to make sure your body is working as it was intended, it is important to be sure that your mechanics (alignment, the way your joints fit together, how your muscles pull, and more...) are as close to perfect as can be. My particular specialties are Foot & Ankle and Scoliosis. I have specialized in Foot & Ankle for 18 years. I have worked in a limb salvage clinic and seen the worst of the worst but I also work on healthy people who want to optimize their performance in sports. I work on injuries, post-surgical, and pains that have an unknown origin. And I can help you find a diagnosis and we can work together to a solution. I am a scientist and therefore love high tech tools like laser, ultrasound, and many other modalities to heal you faster. With regard to spine, I use Muscle Energy Technique in addition to the high tech modalities I listed above. I believe in massage and muscle retraining as well.
