A message from Dr. Larry: "You've made it this far, and for that, I hope you feel proud. Nothing is scarier than asking for help, we're brought up hearing, "You should be able to fix this yourself." And, that idea is completely incorrect. You are a human being, complex, unique, and hurting. Maybe you have a child who is struggling, maybe you're sad, or maybe you can't stop worrying. And guess what? All of that is normal. You are normal, and good, and you're trying your best. Life is hard, and for those who are ready for help, I'm here."
