I became interested in audiology as a child. My younger sister had hearing loss since infancy. I always admired the professionals who worked with her and I longed to be a part of her hearing and speech rehabilitation. I completed my masters degree in Audiology and began practicing in 2002. While starting a family and working, I completed my doctorate program. I have worked in hearing aid and Otology private practice settings as well as larger multi-disciplinary clinics. I have experience in performing diagnostic hearing and vestibular exams and counseling and fitting hearing aids on children and adults. My patients include my mother, father, sister a few uncles and a nephew. I try to treat non-family patients with the same honesty and sincerity that I give them. At home, I have a teenage daughter, husband of 16 years, 2 dogs, a fish and a few hermit crabs. We enjoy watching movies, doing water activities and spending time with extended family. My daughter dances on her middle school drill team. My husband excels in culinary arts. I enjoy going for walks (occasional jog) and catching a Zumba class here or there.
