Now we don't have to think those thoughts anymore. What's the best case scenario? How would you have to think/feel/act to create that reality? Picture it. Describe it in a sentence. Repeat for breakfast/lunch/dinner/& as needed. Take action. Be gentle with yourself & others. Practice courage/serenity/wisdom. Namaste.
