I was raised a military child and was able to live in many different cultures around the globe. Martial arts brought me to Chinese Medicine. After graduating in 2007, I worked in a rehab facility in downtown Manhattan treating stress and musculoskeletal complaints. In 2011 I left the rehab facility and opened my own space where I began treating digestive complaints and sleep disturbances, in additional to stress and pain. After years of practice and devout study, I expanded my practice to treat almost any complaint, with the exception of infertility and cancer (since there are practitioners more equipped and specialize in these areas). I also began studying Functional Medicine through a company called Apex Energetics. I really enjoyed looking at the body through another holistic lens and seeked out as much content as I could find.
