Biography

Doctor James Eckert was born and raised in Flint, Michigan and attended the School of Nursing at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He is a U.S. Navy veteran serving as a Medical Corpsman during the Vietnam Era. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College-West in Hayward, CA in 1983. His Chiropractic career has taken him to practice in Edinburgh, Scotland; San Antonio TX; Farmington Hills MI; Norwich CT; and Rocky Hill CT where he has practice for the past 8 years. Dr. Eckert has received designations from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, American Board of Disability Analysis and National Association of Integrative Medicine. He has advanced certifications in the fields of motor vehicle accident injuries and accident reconstruction. He holds professional membership in the Christian Chiropractors Association, Connecticut Chiropractic Association, and American Association of Spine Physicians. His wife Sherrie is office manager and is a certified Health Coach. They have nine grandchildren, a dog named Jazzy and attend Galilean Baptist Church in Stafford, CT.

CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME: Non-surgical and non-invasive treatment using extremity adjusting techniques and the ML830 Low Level Laser has brought relieve of C.T.S. to hundreds of Dr. Eckert's patients since 2003 (when the laser was approved by the F.D.A.).
