Greg's holistic philosophy requires that individuals take responsibility for the improvement and maintenance of their own good health. "At Sound Body & Soul, we teach our patients to take control of their own health by providing therapeutic solutions to their problems and educating them to further help themselves."
These solutions are based upon the theories of Chinese medicine, a system utilizing special methods of diagnosis and treatment. These methods may include acupuncture, herbs, (used both internally and externally), diet therapy, acupressure, heat, special exercises and meditation. These elements are based upon balance – the interdependent relationship between yin and yang. Through this balance, health is achieved and maintained.
Chinese medicine enhances the body's natural ability to heal and maintain health.
