I have been in practice since 1995. While I was in undergrad college, I injured my lower back while working part time in a baseball stadium. I was in agony for almost six months. My doctor recommended that I got a MRI and see what needed to be done. The study showed that I had a congenital malformation that had been aggravated by the strain of my work. I was told, that there was not much he could do. He recommended I saw a chiropractor to see if he could help. That was the beginning of a new journey for me. I was introduced to a new way to help restore the health that I had lost. Chiropractic care, in my view, is a more of a life style. We all know that taking a proactive approach to health is important. Most people know that a sedentary life style might eventually lead to health problems. Over-indulging with food and drink usually have negative consequences too. In the same way, over-stressing our nervous system, either by emotional, physical, or chemical stresses, eventually cause negative effects in our health. Most people realize that when pain comes around, something is not right. However, understanding that the most serious fatal conditions start silently, should alert us that more pro-active approaches are necessary. Just eating right and exercising is not enough. Making sure the circuit board of our nervous system is working properly is as important. Chiropractic has done that for me, and I have dedicated my career to make sure I reach as many people as possible to teach them this concept that has changed my life. Our office is always glad to see those that come for a tune up, or those that come for a quick fix. Chiropractic is for everyone.
