Care Philosophy

As a naturopathic doctor, I believe in the innate healing intelligence of your body. I apply Western diagnostic techniques and a wholistic inquiry to determine the cause of imbalance in your health. As an integrative practitioner, I employ both conventional, evidence-based Western medicine along with cognitive-behavioral techniques, nutritional counseling, and natural therapies as needed to achieve the safest, fastest results for you.

It is to help each of us achieve our full potential in this life, which is best accomplished if we have a sound mind and body. As Dr. Samuel Hahnemann poetically explained it: "Our vital force keeps all aspects of our existence in an admirable, harmonious, vital operation, so that we can freely employ both mind and body to the higher purpose of our existence". She would love to get to know you and become a partner with you in achieving your health goals so that you can be your best self.
