I am a physician first, then a surgeon. Patients have a story to tell...I listen. My primary goal is to restore function to help patients to return to work and play. Part of that involves communicating with patients and educating them about their disease. In understanding their disease, patients become a key component in their own recovery. As a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia, I treat hand, wrist and elbow disorders ranging from simple to complex.
