She is an active member of her community. She served for 12 years on the Vermont Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Board. She currently serves on the Council on Chiropractic Education. She is an avid skier, and taught skiing for 24 years as a PSIA Level II Certified Instructor. She is an equestrian student and loves riding. Prior to her chiropractic education, she earned a BS from Norwich University in Northfield, VT. She trained and became certified (MT-ASCP) in laboratory medicine, and worked as a Medical Technologist in hospital labs for the first nine years and managing the laboratory for the next 5 years. She left that career in 1991 to pursue her chiropractic education. Dr. Natale's philosophy of practice is simple: Fix what you find and help the body to heal itself. We pride ourselves on being a special practice, focusing on patient care specific to your problem. We get to know you so that we may help you get back to comfortably living your life. Your first visit will include a detailed history, pertinent physical exam and treatment on that day. She allows 90 minutes for an initial visit. Follow-up visits are generally 30 minutes with the doctor. Longer appointments are available. Chiropractic adjustments are performed to patient tolerance, with many options available from low force instrument adjusting to diversified technique. Acupuncture, auriculotherapy and/or nutrition evaluation and treatments are available as well. Dr. Natale performs manual muscle work in the course of each treatment as well. She knows and treats the aberrant muscles that pull the bones out of place using Applied Kinesiology (AK) for diagnosis and treatment. She has been using and studying AK for 23 years, always learning new information at the seminars.

If you play golf, for example, we may have you bring a golf club to swing in order to see exactly what is not working in your swing. We pride ourselves on being a special practice, focusing on patient care specific to your problem. We get to know you so that we may help you get back to comfortably living your life. Your first visit will include a detailed history, pertinent physical exam and treatment on that day. She allows 90 minutes for an initial visit. Follow-up visits are generally 30 minutes with the doctor. Longer appointments are available by request.

Dr. Natale uses a variety of techniques to "put you back together."  She uses Diversified Technique (when you hear a click as you are adjusted) to low force techniques using muscles and/or instruments to adjust you back to normal.  She is trained in acupuncture, auriculotherapy (ear acupuncture) and nutrition.
