Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

Dr. Debby Feinberg began practicing Optometry in 1983, upon graduating from Illinois College of Optometry. She joined her father, Dr. Paul C. Feinberg, at Mall Optical Center, which was located in Summit Place Mall, in Pontiac Michigan.
Since 1995, Dr. Feinberg has been developing the field of NeuroVisual Optometry. This area of specialization involves the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions (such as headache and dizziness) that have an optometric or visual cause.
In 2004, Dr. Feinberg established Vision Specialists of Michigan. Located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, she and her colleagues have treated over 8000 patients. Her research (which has been presented locally, nationally and internationally) demonstrates that the treatment methods she developed (which utilize special realigning eyeglass lenses) reduce symptoms for the average person by 80%.
She has authored a book on the experiences of 40 patients with her treatment. She is a co-author of several peer reviewed academic articles on this topic. She is co-director of the NeuroVisual Optometry Training Program, a five day course designed to train optometrists to become NeuroVisual Optometrists.
