Excellent. He listens and gives what is needed. It may not always be what you want to hear but he is courteous and honest. He also clearly answers and explains any questions you have and is genuinely concerned for what is best for you.

Dr. Dahl brings an extremely unique background to his practice of Neuropsychology in both its breadth and depth. It includes extensive multidisciplinary training and experience in theology and spiritual/pastoral care; clinical psychology with specializations in systems family therapy, neuropsychology and forensic psychology. He is personable; a man of integrity who reflects strong moral character, family values and deep respect for the individual regardless of race/religion/national origin.
San Jose, CA |
Can be good, but sometimes has his own agenda, which doesn't always work with that the patient needs, or requests. Unlikely to recommend, due to this, and other facts that would be identifying.
This client is entitled to their minority opinion. However, this does not adequately reflect the consistency of client-centered care that I have provided to thousands of patients over the years.

Dr. Dahl says...

In addition to clinical neuropsychology, addictions treatment, family therapy and psychotherapy for a wide range of conditions and ages, I have taught in 6 area graduate schools, worked in 6 state prisons, 1 forensic hospital, 1 brain injury rehabilitation hospital and oupatient program, 5 addiction treatment centers, initiated and maintained and trained volunteers in a community based hospice society and led 7 congregations as an evangelical priest/pastor.

My roots are sunk deep in the good soil of practical Midwestern and Canadian values and kindness.

Significant additional training in Bowen Family Systems Theory and Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Theory and Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma Treatment position me to serve people as they are and humanely assist them to discover resources in themselves, their families and their spiritual commitments to live balanced lives.
