Cynthia Culp is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner of the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Eagle, Idaho. She is currently accepting new patients.
Cynthia has over 30 years of health care experience and is committed to providing quality individualized health care to her patients and their families. She focuses on prevention and motivates her patients to take an active role in managing their health care.
Cynthia completed the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree at Gonzaga University in 1997. She successfully completed all IFM Certification requirements and is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP).
