Cris del Rosario is a progressive healthcare clinician that specializes in integrative pain management and preventive care. He has a Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and has worked closely with renowned Sports Medicine Acupuncturist expert, Matt Callison, MS, L.Ac. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Cris is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a professional member of the California State Oriental Medicine Association, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition to his training in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Exercise Science, Cris has a deep understanding of biological and physiological systems. He has trained and studied the work of renowned educator, Datis Kharrazian, DHSc, DC, MS. Cris has completed the following Functional Medicine certifications: Fundamentals of Functional Blood Chemistry, Mastering Functional Blood Chemistry, Mastering the Thyroid, Mastering Brain Chemistry, and The Neuroendocrine Immunology of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. His previous work revolved around health and wellness. After finishing his Bachelor's degree, Cris worked as a personal trainer, massage therapist, and physical therapist technician where he helped hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals. During his spare time, you can find Cris in the kitchen creating and tinkering with various recipes and herbal remedies. He has a passion for the role of food in health and wellness.
