I have trained under some of the top individuals in the field. I utilize a prescriptive and relational approach to counseling, individualizing treatment to best meet the goals of the individual utilizing solid clinical skills and a blend of humor. This typically involves Cognitive Behavioral, Solution focused, and Impact Therapy modalities since these are the most effective.

My approach is traditionally a "what, so what, now what." Meaning we find out what happened, so what are the problems is it causing, and most importantly, now what do we do about it to make you better.
