Dr. Hansen's Care Philosophy
My goal is educate patients and their families so that they understand their condition and the progression of their treatment. I like to develop a trusting relationship between clinician and patient to help improve the level of comfort during care. An educated patient that participates in developing and progressing their care is vital for an efficient progression of a rehabilitation program to achieve established goals. The Functional Physical Therapy Center is a place where anyone in the family has the opportunity to learn about their current condition and develop and implement a plan to improve to a better level of function. At the Functional Physical Therapy Center we treat each patient with respect and dignity by communicating clearly, listening, and valuing a patient's input in their care.
