When you are caught in the cycle of stress and trauma you build a narrative that involves blaming of others and / or shaming and blaming yourself. By seeing the contributing factors of genetics, evolution, thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviors, culture, family and society and by taking responsibility for changing the things you are capable of changing, you begin to successfully navigate suffering. Your true self lies beneath obstacles and stress informed reactions as bright, clear and spacious. While these qualities within your core are ever-present, you often need support in learning how to access them. I am here to help.I am interested in mindfulness, compassion and wisdom and how they work together to support your journey. I have studied the most effective methods of the Indo-Tibetan tradition and Western Psychology to serve you and your unique situation. I know first-hand the power and plasticity of the mind.
