Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to affect the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid bringing balance to the craniosacral system of the body and allowing stuck emotions to move freely; she finds that acupuncture and craniosacral therapy work especially well together. Prior to opening her practice, she worked at The Edith Davis Clinic and Cerenity Senior Care Center's community acupuncture clinic providing acupuncture for hundreds of patients seeking treatment for a wide range of conditions. She has completed two years of formal graduate level Chinese herbal medicine training at the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is actively pursuing her herbal certification through East West School of Herbology's Professional Herbalist Program (EWCH), with the goal of becoming an esteemed professional member of the American Herbalist Guild (AHG). Graduate of the Spencer Institute and is a Certified Wellness Coach Specialized training in mindfulness meditation Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Graduate of The Laughter Center and is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYT) Certified Birth Doula trained with DONA and Madriella Active member of the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association of Minnesota, American College of Sports Medicine, The Center for Mindful Eating, National Alliance on Mental Illness, American Herbalist Guild and North Country Herbalist Guild.
