In addition to treating the more common bone and soft tissue conditions of the feet and ankles, we are very pleased to be able to offer patients a very effective treatment for lower extremity neuropathy including diabetic and post chemotherapy neuropathy. It has been very rewarding to work with these patients and to play a role in decreasing their symptoms and the need for prescription medications that frequently have significant side effects associated with their use. Through these treatments we have been able to help many individuals greatly improve the quality of their lives.
We also offer laser treatment for the treatment of fungal infections of the toe and finger nails and have found this to be a very good option for our patients with good success.
We have added MLS laser therapy to our practice as a treatment option for patients. MLS laser therapy is used to treat many conditions of the lower extremity and in some instances we have been able to use MLS laser therapy to treat conditions that would have otherwise required surgical treatment. We are very successfully treating patients with Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendinitis & other Tendinitis, Ankle & Foot Sprains/Strains, Symptomatic Scar Tissue as well as many other conditions. MLS laser therapy works by using two synchronized wavelengths of light that transfers healing energy to damaged tissues at the cellular level. Many of the patients that have had chronic pain for years relate that they feel significantly better after their first treatment. There are no side effects and no discomfort during or after treatment. If you want an alternative to medications and surgery, the MLS laser therapy is the best treatment modality that I have seen in twenty eight years of practice.
