Cassie Trenhaile, L.Ac. grew up on a farm outside the small town of Northwood in rural Northern Iowa. Even as a young child, she aspired to have a career in health and medicine. After graduating high school early, she moved to the Twin Cities to pursue her dream and found her niche in Chinese Medicine. Cassie graduated with a Masters of Acupuncture in 2008 from Northwestern Health Sciences University and has been practicing since. She is NCCAOM certified and licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She has a wide range of clinical experience including women's health and fertility, spinal cord injuries, muscular pain due to injuries and accidents, digestive issues, mental and emotional health, as well as many more conditions. Cassie is well experienced in multiple modalities including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, tuina and infrared therapy. Cassie currently resides in South Minneapolis and has a love for art and creativity, all types of wellness modalities, gardening, her pets and spending time with family and friends. She also loves to visit the family farm down south, go exploring up north and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
