Dr. Bin Cai graduated from a 5 year program from medical school in 2001 in China where he was trained in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Western Medicine. After graduation, he completed his residency training as an orthopedic surgeon where he later worked as an orthopedic attending physician at the affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM. In clinic, Dr. Cai applies surgery, acupuncture therapies, herbal medicine, chiropractic, and massage integrating Chinese and Western medicine. He completed his Doctorate in Philosophies of Medicine at Southern Medical University of China in 2011. He worked as research scholar for the Department of Biomedical Engineering at City College of New York (CUNY). Dr. Cai is a licensed Acupuncturist in the State of New York and New Jersey by the NCCAOM and is an Acupuncture Fellow with Mount Sinai Beth Israel's Department of Integrative Medicine. He is practicing in Brooklyn.
