I am originally from Brigham City, UT. I received my Bachelors of Science in Biophysics at Brigham Young University in 2005 and then earned my Doctor of Optometry at Southern California College of Optometry (now Marshall B Ketchum University) in Fullerton, CA in 2009. I then completed a residency at Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL to specialize in Pediatric Vision and Binocular Vision (problems of eye teaming, tracking, focusing, and visual information processing). I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry. In my free time, I enjoy piano, biking, skiing, hiking, and ballroom dancing.
