Because such frameworks are centered on human experience, my work has scaled across industries including agriculture, architecture, healthcare, heavy machine, medicine, industrial design, urban planning.

Hello! Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Our patients vary from the healthy-normal to the very frail. The practice primarily focuses on assessment and evaluation of neurocognitive related conditions in patients age 65 and Older. Together with Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Specialities, we provide professional care in a patient-friendly and compassionate environment. We follow up-to-date practice guidelines, appropriately use the latest technologies available, and rely upon years clinical experience to evaluate most neurocognitive issues. The office is set-up to run efficiently which allows us to spend much more time with you, providing outstanding care and communication. We rely on many contemporary digital technologies however, these will never replace the one-to-one attention we give to every patient, every time we see them.       Andrew Schechterman offers twenty-four years in Behavioral Medicine and Neurocognition. His primary expertise is Neurogeriatrics (age 65 ). A secondary expertise is adult idiopathic concerns (age 18 ). His patient experience is within medical-surgical hospital systems, providing differential diagnosic, consultation-liasion, and clinical care. Within these systems of care he and his colleagues have designed and developed speciality clinics serving patients with Crohn's Disease, Myofascial Pain, and Post-Concussive Syndrome. Committed to multidisplinary and interdiscplinary care, he's works with colleagues from Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Family Practice, Gastroenterology, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and Speech Language Pathology. In addition to clinic practice, he serves as a clinical liaison for the US Department of Immigration.

      Evidence based consultation and care for a broad range of normal and abnormal Cognitive, Affective and Behavioral functions and capacity. Sensitive neurocognitive screening for memory, attention, focus, social cognition, and functional daily living, specific to the needs of Seniors and their families. Impact assessment of medical and mental status co-morbidity related to e.g., COPD, Cranial facial surgery, Diabetes, Epilepsy, HIV, Lupus, Migraine, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, RA, TIA. Establish, measure, monitor quantitative and qualitative base rates for expected change, pre-surgical and post-surgical, general procedures. Expert differential diagnostics, treatment planning, triage, multidisciplinary collaboration, selected Behavioral Medicine and Palliative Care services. Some services can be provided to patients who are Blind, patients who are Deaf, and patients who are Non-Verbal. Some services can be provided to patients who have limited English (ESL).
