Dr. Rosenberg's Biography — Paul Rosenberg MD, is the Medical Director of Palisade Plastic Surgery Associates, PC. He was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Arts and Sciences) as well as his medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 and 1986, respectively.
