Dr. Armstrong's Biography — Dr. Shannon Armstrong is a highly trained Plastic and Hand Surgeon at Elite Plastic Surgery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Armstrong is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and completed an internationally-renowned microvascular and hand surgery fellowship at The Buncke Clinic in San Francisco. Dr. Martin's Biography — Matthew Martin, MD attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He then continued his surgical training with Grand Rapids/Michigan State University Plastic Surgery Residency program. Dr. Martin subsequently completed a dedicated Hand Surgery fellowship through the University of New Mexico. Dr. Martin returned to Grand Rapids and joined Elite Plastic Surgery in 2014, with focus areas including reconstructive plastic surgery of the breast, upper and lower extremities, and face; surgery of the hand and wrist; surgical treatments for redundant skin following massive weight loss; body contouring procedures; and aesthetic surgical procedures including surgical treatments of the face and breasts. Dr. Martin is currently a clinical assistant professor through the Department of Surgery at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. Dr. Cullen's Biography — Dr. William Cullen has a broad experience in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. His experience assures that his patients receive the benefit of his surgical skills and clinical knowledge. Dr. Cullen is a native of Wisconsin. He lived in Ireland for several years and graduated with a Masters degree from Trinity College Dublin. In 1995 he graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin with honors. Dr. Cullen completed both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residencies at the Grand Rapids/Michigan State University program. After completing residency Dr. Cullen continued training with a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Utah. During this time he taught plastic surgery residents and was involved in a mission trip to Latin America. Since his return to Michigan, Dr. Cullen has focused on both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He has expanded his practice to include all areas of cosmetic surgery including, breast augmentation, body contouring, liposuction, and cosmetic surgery of the face.
