Dr Blaik strikes me as knowledgeable, careful, thoughtful, and serious. His demeanor is formal: a traditional, authoritative doc who expects you to listen carefully and follow instructions. I tend to prefer warm docs who welcome questions - but Dr Blaik has won my trust and so I'll put up with his old-world formality. He spent a lot of time with me in the first visit. I believe he's taking the right steps to manage my case.

Great doctor
in Dallas, TX |
I waited more than an hour after my appointment time and only saw him for five minutes. During the five minutes, he told me I hadn't had a stroke and that I should have another MRI and MRA even though I told him I already had one of each after my stroke. He barely made eye contact with me and told me he didn't think I'd had a stroke unless I was on cocaine or meth. I don't even eat meat. When I told him I had a DVT history, he didn't even listen.
Honestly Dr. Blaik is an individual who could care less about you and more about getting paid. I met with him for 10 minutes just so he can tell me results. Charged me $800 dollars for reading test results. That is it. Didn't prescribe me anything. He didn't talk to me. Walked in a room looking like he had better things to do and left. Please everyone do yourself a favor and don't go to this man who will only make you feel worse than you already do. I won't call him a doctor. Zaid please retire.
Poor communicator and talks with a condescending tone
