I had pain in my arm to my fingers many years. Dr Dorai gave me a level 3 fusion w/implants. When I woke the pain was gone....what a blessing! She is a excellent Dr, very down to earth, I felt very comfortable. She really cares about the well being of her patients. She explains things well. My surgery was scheduled in 2 wks after my initial appt. And after 8 wks post op. I'm just a little stiff & and scar is very minimal! Thank you! Dr Dorai

Dr. Dorai operated on my lumbar stenosis in 2008 and I have had no stenosis pain since then. I recently went back to her for stenosis in my neck and she removed it in May 2017. She is excellent and I highly recommended her! She's the best!

Dr Dorai was very proud of the work she did on my husband's cervical fusion of 2 vertebrae. But after about 7 months he had a third disk snap due to the pressure she put on the first 2. John's Hopkins fused it to the ones she fused. He has been miserable since her surgery, constant shoulder spasms. John's Hopkins has a totally different approach that leaves much more mobility after this surgery. She had to know about this, but didn't tell us because she wanted the business. Unethical?

I love the work she did. I am not fixed but when my spinal stenosis was found 2007in Florida, I put off surgery until 2015. It's a shame I did not find her much sooner. I think you will love her work too.

My experience with Dr. Durai could have been very good if I could have spoken directly to her first, and only her. However, her PA was more concerned with leading the discussion rather than getting the facts.

Her advice regarding my condition did little to resolve the pain I am experiencing and did nothing to improve the problems caused by the 4 herniations. I was as if my problem was too difficult for her to resolve so she "punted" it and said she wouldn't do surgery while multiple other doctors I saw after seeing Dr. Dorai recommended surgery. Overrated with a Top Docs rating as most are whom receive this magazine recognition.
