He is attentive and able to establish a rapport with my son. Dr Z is very easy to talk to and has made our family life and my sons school life 100% better. We are thankful and lucky to have him.

Has seen our son for 3 years but hasn't really helped much in the psychological aspect and to make matters worse, the telehealth is a joke. Not very flexible on refills either. It just feels like he's in it for the $$. Trying to switch, to no avail.

Dr. Ansari is an excellent practitioner, treating my daughter for anxiety. He has a holistic approach that, in our case, involves medication and CBT. Dr. Ansari involves the parents but makes a priority of connecting with his patient in a way that comforts and reassures.

I saw him for a year and a half and every appointment was rushed. Less than 5 minute appointments for something as important as a medication you take on a daily basis is unacceptable. Also, didn't listen to my feedback, often talked over me, didn't explain decisions, and treated side effects from medication with additional medications. I tried twice to explain that I felt I was experiencing side effects from my antidepressant and I'd like to try something else, and both times his immediate response was that we could take me off my mood stabilizer, which I hadn't even mentioned. The first time I said "no, I want to change the antidepressant" and then 5 minutes had passed so I was rushed out of the office. The second time I repeated myself multiple times and refused to stop asking, so he sighed and asked me what antidepressant I wanted to be on. I'm not a doctor? That's his job? I then started seeing a different practice who instantly understood me and worked to simplify my medications.

Terrible doctor and even worse medical practice. Did not help with our daughter and were very uncooperative. Front Desk mismanaged appointments and charged us for visits that we did not even schedule. Stay away from them, far better practitioners available in Ashburn/Loudoun.
