Waited 30 minutes for a less than 5 minute visit. Wouldn’t even let me ask him the questions I had or explain my concerns I was having. Waste of my time and money.

Dr Wassmuth performed a Balloon Sinuplasty and Turbinate Reduction procedure to treat my chronic sinusitis. The surgery was a success and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I am able to now breath easily through both my nasal passages, my snoring has greatly reduced and I am sleeping better. Dr Wassmuth is an excellent ENT surgeon, spending time before the surgery to explain the procedure and advise on post operative expectations. The supporting staff Capital Otolaryngology were great too.

I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Wassmuth. I see him for cosmetic, but I have 2 children who also see him for ears and tonsils and they get nothing but the best of care with him and his staff. I would (and have) recommended this practice to family and friends!!

My 15 y/o son was having hearing problems and after discussion with the doctors here it was decided to put a tube in his ear and that would fix his problem. Guess what? It made it worse! Follow up visits end with guesses and no clear answers. Almost a year later the tube hasn't come out like they said it would and it's really hurting him and he says he really can't hear anything now - I call the office for an appointment only to learn they can't schedule an appointment because my account is in c

Fantastic office and doctor! He diagnosed the infection in my sinus after 2 other ENTs failed to do so and recommended surgery. Meanwhile, he had me take the correct medicine to help the infection. Surgery was painless and at follow-up he is taking extra precautions to make sure my infection is gone. Highly recommend him, especially since I have experience with 2 other ENT's in the area. He has been the best.

Dr. Wassmuth listened to my complaints and answered all my questions. He and his nurses took time to call and check on me after I saw him as a patient. Very good bedside manners, and he treated my sinus infection. I recommend Dr. Wassmuth to anyone who has chronic sinus issues, if you want a doctor who will treat you as a person not just another patient.

I had a sinus procedure. Billing caused a huge nightmare with my insurance. They billed 7x's the amt they are contracted to receive. Then continue to charge me everything I come in for insurance limits that I met, with the procedure performed in THEIR office. The billing staff is VERY RUDE and does not know the difference between co insurance and out of pocket. NEVER AGAIN! The doctor was so-so. Said I would be just fine in 24 hours. More like 2 weeks. This is a business, not patient centered.
